Since 2013 through the Aeronautical Product Development Technologies Program, NRC Canada has worked with OEMs and lower TIERs to reduce aeronautical product development risk by providing access to national facilities and technologies to accelerate by three months product qualification and certification on the critical path for future Canadian aeronautical products (baseline April 2012). Over 150 projects have been in the 4 areas of certification listed below.
