 Laura Guerrero is a Mechanical Engineer from the Technological Institute of Hermosillo at Sonora. With a full career dedicated to the Automotive and Aerospace Manufacturing Industry.

She has been working in Manufacturing for almost 20 years. In this time she has held positions of Engineering for process quality, new projects, supplier quality, quality manager and now as a Supplier Developer in the Supply Chain for GE. In this role, She is part of a team focused on finding suppliers for component manufacturing for the Engines. This effort includes sourcing, developing, and qualifying suppliers.

Along her career, she has worked transfering manufacturing processes from the United States to Sonora for clients such as Honeywell, GE, Pratt & Whitney and Rolls Royce, going through more than a decade in the automotive industry in projects in the United States and Europe, She now returns to Aerospace at GE with all the challenges that this represents.
